Location access is required for security purposes. Follow the steps below based on your browser:
- Look for the location icon in the address bar (left side)
- Click on the lock icon or information icon (i)
- Find "Location" in the permissions list
- Change it from "Block" to "Allow"
- Refresh the page and try logging in again
Alternative: Go to Chrome Settings → Privacy and security → Site Settings → Location → Allow
- Click the lock icon or information icon in the address bar
- Click on "More Information"
- Go to the "Permissions" tab
- Find "Access your location" and click "Allow"
- Refresh the page and try logging in again
Alternative: Go to Firefox Settings → Privacy & Security → Permissions → Location → Settings → Allow
- Go to Safari menu → Settings (or Preferences)
- Click on the "Websites" tab
- Select "Location" from the left sidebar
- Find this website and change it to "Allow"
- Refresh the page and try logging in again
Note: Make sure "Location Services" is enabled in System Preferences → Security & Privacy → Location Services
- Click the lock icon or information icon in the address bar
- Find "Location" in the permissions list
- Change it from "Block" to "Allow"
- Refresh the page and try logging in again
Alternative: Go to Edge Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Location → Allow
iOS (Safari/Chrome):
- Go to Settings → Privacy → Location Services
- Make sure Location Services is ON
- Scroll down and select your browser (Safari or Chrome)
- Set it to "While Using the App" or "Ask"
- Return to the browser and allow location when prompted
Android (Chrome):
- Go to Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions
- Find "Location" and set it to "Allow"
- Return to Chrome and refresh the page
Still having issues? Make sure your device's location services are enabled in your system settings, and try refreshing the page after allowing location access.
